How does eTROC decide what to show me?
eTROC ranks every listing for you using your budget, search radius and the pieces you save or pass on. The more you browse, the sharper your matches get. Each listing shows a match score and the reasons behind it.
How do I sell something on eTROC?
Tap “List an item”, add a few photos, a title, condition and price, then publish. It takes about a minute. eTROC immediately starts showing your piece to buyers whose taste and budget match.
What are Feed, Drop, Swipe and Spatial?
They're four ways to browse the same matches. Feed is a classic scrolling list, Drop reveals one curated piece at a time, Swipe lets you decide quickly with a swipe, and Spatial lays pieces out so you can explore visually. Switch anytime from the top of your feed or in Account.
How do I contact a seller?
Open a listing and choose “Message seller”. You can ask questions, make an offer and arrange pickup. All conversations live in your Inbox.
Can I clear a whole house or office at once?
Yes. Estate agents, executors, clearance firms and companies can list every piece from one property and track them together. eTROC matches each item to the buyers most likely to want it, and every enquiry lands in one inbox.
How do I download my data or delete my account?
Go to Account → Data & privacy. You can export everything we hold about you as a file, or permanently delete your account and all of your listings, saved items and messages.
I forgot my password or want to change it. What do I do?
If you're signed in, change it in Account → Security. If you can't sign in, choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we'll email you a sign-in link.
